DO YOU WANT TO JOIN OUR SOUP CREWS?

There are many ways to help with SOUP in your Neighbourhood and we list some of the ways you can help here:

Soup Co-Hosts

People from the neighbourhood that are interested in taking a leading role in setting up, promoting and attracting people to come to soup in their own neighbourhood.  You are likely to be well connected within your neighbourhood and willing to spread the word with people who want to pitch for money and inviting people to come along.

The BH Soup crew will support you with your event providing all the logistical support needed.

Soup & Drink Servers

People who love feeding people will be drawn to this role.  It involves heating up soup and cutting bread and a warm smile.  You will also help prepare the soft drinks and wine and just keep an eye on things.

Soup Decorators

People who love to make a space look nice, placing candles, putting up fairy lights and drawing welcoming pictures and messages on the paper sheets that cover the tables.

Soup Greeters

People who are warm and welcoming – their role is to sign people in and collect their donations.

Soup Vote Guardians

People who will help with the voting, collecting the soup bowls and counting the votes

Soup Entertainers

People with a gift for Music and the Arts are welcome to contribute their gifts to a Soup Event.

There are lots of ways to volunteer for SOUP. One way is to help serve the soup and bread on the evening.

We have a Facebook Group for SOUP CREW members and joining the group is the best way to connect with other members of the team.
